Ground re-establishment is 100% black owned and is level 1 B-BBEE company. In 2013, Skillman contractors was founded with the scope of developing infrastrastructure and then struggled to meet the time frame of completing work. The foreman, John Munyai, did a proper analysis and found the factor to be time wasted on demolishing of old buildings and platform engineering to meet modern engineers and Architects specification. John decided to branch a department which only specializes in demolishing, earthworks, paving storm water piping and harvesting & site clearing. Code named grounds group.
